During July and August all bookings must start and end on Saturday. The rest of the year the day of arrival and departure is flexible.
To secure a reservation, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required. Full fee is payable in 15 days advance before the arrival day and a returnable damage deposit of 500€ is required on arrival.
Payments can be done by bank transfer, paypal and cash. All details are given by e-mail at the moment of booking.
The house is cleaned before arrivals and on two weeks booking or more a mid term clean and linen change will be included in the rental price. Extra cleaning service 25.00€ / hour.
Guests can arrive any time after 6 pm on the arrival day and must leave before 10 am on the departure day. A later check-out time may be possible on request.
Guest clients are advised to book their own travel and holiday insurance.
All prices are shown in Euros and payments must be made in the same currency.
